Your Legacy Gift will have a lasting Impact!

Planned Giving

For many individuals, making a legacy gift provides both personal satisfaction and financial benefits. In addition to make a lasting gift, there are financial incentives that may apply to your charitable planned gift. Your gift is a result of a careful and pre-arranged structure of your estate, often utilizing the services of legal and financial professionals, to benefit one or more charitable organizations. We are honored and grateful that you are considering CHAMP Assistance Dogs. Your gift will make a difference for generations to come.

  • Bequests - Remembering CHAMP Assistance Dogs in your will or bequest is a meaningful way to leave a legacy and impact the lives of children and adults with disabilities. A bequest under your will or a revocable trust describes the portion of your estate that you wish to leave to CHAMP Assistance Dogs, and should qualify for an estate tax charitable deduction.

  • Gifts of Stock and Other Securities - This popular way to give to charity may enable you to increase your gift to CHAMP Assistance Dogs while achieving additional tax benefits to you. The value of the donated stock is based on what the stock or other security sold for on the exchange on the day of the donation. To make a gift of stock to CHAMP Assistance Dogs, have your broker call our CHAMP Edward Jones representative, Jim Heitter, at 314-835-9293.
